Contest Rules:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The ToneCore Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes")
and these Official Rules are governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the
United States. Valid only to legal United States residents (excluding Puerto Rico, US
Virgin Islands and Guam) who are eighteen (18) years of age and older at time of entry.
All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited, taxed,
licensed or restricted by law.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.
This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01am (PST) on Wednesday, September 22,
2004, and ends at 11:59pm (PST) on Wednesday, December 1, 2004 ("Sweepstakes Period").
SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR.
This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Line 6, Inc.,
29901 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills, California 91301, (the "Sponsor"). Participants agree to be
bound by these Official Rules and the final decision of Sponsor.
ENTER ON-LINE BY:
Accessing www.line6.com during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the
designated icon to go to the Sweepstakes. Follow the on-screen instructions. All entries
are deemed made by the holder of the e-mail account. All on-line entries music be
received no later than 11:59PM (PST) Wednesday, December 1, 2004.
DRAWING.
The Grand prizewinners will be randomly selected from all completed and
eligible entries received. The random draw will be held on or about Wednesday, December
8, 2004. Odds of being randomly selected are determined by the number of eligible entries
received during the Sweepstakes Period. Only one (1) entry per person. If multiple entries
are received from any person or e-mail address, all subsequent entries will be
disqualified. All entries and their content become property of Sponsor and will not be
returned. All entries submitted will be used for the purpose of selecting the prizewinners
as described in these Official Rules.
If a prospective prizewinner is found ineligible or fails to comply with these Official
Rules, his/her claim to a prize is forfeited and an alternate entry will be randomly
selected.
PRIZE.
One (1) Grand Prizewinner. The Grand Prizewinner will each receive one (1) of each of
the six (6) ToneCore effects pedals – Echo Park, Constrictor, Crunchtone, Space Chorus,
Tap Tremolo, and Über Metal, estimated value: Total MSRP $977.94.
Six (6) Second Prizewinners. The Six Second Prizewinners will each receive one (1)
ToneCore effect pedal, estimated value depends upon pedal selected and is as listed.
Prizewinners may select one (1) of the following ToneCore pedals: Echo Park, MSRP $209.99;
Constrictor, MSRP $155.99; Crunchtone, MSRP $139.99; Space Chorus, MSRP $165.99; Tap
Tremolo, MSRP $165.99; or Über Metal, MSRP $139.99.
The prizewinners will be notified by e-mail on or about Wednesday, December 8,
2004. The prizewinners have 15 business days to claim their prize. Prizewinners must
sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within
ten (15) business days of notification.
A disqualification will result and an alternate winner will be randomly selected if a
prize notification is refused or a prize remains unclaimed for over 15 business days.
There is no substitution for any prize or portion thereof, except due to unavailability,
in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of
Sponsor. The prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. The
prizewinners will be fully responsible for any and all federal, state and local
taxes.
GENERAL CONDITIONS.
The Sponsor make no warranties, express or implied.
Employees and their immediate families members (defined as spouses, parents,
children and legal dependents – including foster and step family members, grandparents,
grandchildren, brothers and sisters) or person(s) living in the same household of an
employee of Sponsor or Sponsor’s officers, directors, agents and independent
contractors are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.
A PRIVACY STATEMENT.
Participant’s personal information, in conjunction with this
Sweepstakes, will be utilized by Sponsor for the sole purpose of selecting the
prizewinners and will be kept only as long as required by law. Unless otherwise authorized
by participant, participant’s information will not be sold, rented or given to any other

Notwithstanding the privacy statement and policy, if selected as a prizewinner, each
prizewinner agrees, except where prohibited, to grant Sponsor and their parent companies,
subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees and agents to use his/her name, entry contents, visual
and audio likeness, biographical data and statements for any purpose, including but not
limited to any commercial or publicity purpose, in perpetuity and throughout the
universe, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without additional
compensation or consideration.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.
By entering, participants, their agents, assigns and
successors release Sponsor and their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries,
affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, and independent contractors
from any and all liability for any costs or expenses resulting from entry in the
Sweepstakes and from any and all liability whatsoever, including, without limitation,
for any injuries, death, losses or damages of any kind caused by or in connection with
any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, quality, use or misuse of any prize,
or any portion of the prize, or parts thereof. All entrants further agree that in the event
of any third party claims, damages, losses, injuries or death arising from or relating to
the Sweepstakes, and any prizewinner’s use of any prize, they will indemnify Sponsor from
any and all such claim, including attorney’s fees related thereto.
Sponsor and their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, affiliates,
licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, and independent contractors are not
responsible for any kind of computer transmission, electronic, hardware, internet, software,
network, technical or telephone failures and any damaged, delayed, garbled, illegible,
incomplete, late, lost, misplaced, misaddressed, misdirected or stolen mail or e-mail.
Participant agrees that by entering this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may seek damages from
participant if participant deliberately damages Sponsor’s website or any other website
in conjunction with participant’s partaking in this Sweepstakes or if participant
interferes with the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, it is in violation of
civil or criminal law.
If, in Sponsor’s exclusive judgment, this Sweepstakes becomes compromised in any way,
Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the Sweepstakes offer, cancel any
method of entry and/or select the prizewinners from all eligible entries received
prior to the withdrawal.

For a printed copy of the Official Rules or a Winners List, send a

will be sent after completion of the Sweepstakes.
